I teach an alignment-based yoga that explores three things: how to move, how to turn movement into yoga, and how yogic practices can be used to transform your life.

If you would like to feel better physically and emotionally, to find more clarity and presence, and to create a life more aligned with your truth and purpose, I would love to be part of your journey!

My approach draws inspiration from a variety of methods, including Alexander Technique, Anusara Yoga™, Feldenkrais, Functional Mobility Training, Heartfulness Meditation, Iyengar Yoga, Mindfulness, Psychotherapy, Self-Awakening Yoga™ and Yin Yoga.  I would love to share my unique approach and to help you step more fully into your life!
