Hi, I’m Joey.
I teach yoga as a practice of somatic mindfulness. That sounds pretty abstract, but it’s really just about getting out of your head and remembering how to accesss and align with the wisdom of your body.
This process creates a lot of insight, healing and energy. It also gives you access to a deeper dimension within yourself. From that space, things look different, and if you spend enough time there, you’ll start to tell a different story.
