My Private Studio
After 12 years of teaching public classes in Vienna, I took the chance to rent my own space, located in the 15th district, Arnsteingasse 30/26. Behind this decision was a question: what kind of transformation would be possible if I taught smaller groups and individuals, over a longer period of time, with a more sustained focus? The answer has been: a lot.
This has inspired me to create several, more intimate offerings, designed to help you work more efficiently towards your goals, whether they related to how to move, how to transform movement into yoga, or how to navigate the challenges that arise when you commit yourself to growth.

SEMI-PRIVATE COURSES
If you are interested in taking your studentship to a new level, I offer 10-week courses that systematically present foundational aspects of practice.
In each class we will explore a specific aspect of the course theme, moving from the granular to the big picture in a longer format that gives you time to actually digest and integrate what’s being presented into your practice.
Classes last 90-min, and groups are fixed for the duration of the course. Missed classes can be redeemed at the Saturday Extended Practice for up to one month after the end of the course. The course fee is 300€.
These courses are highly recommended to teachers and experienced practitioners, though they are open to everyone who is interested in exploring the richness of yoga!
Breath/Spinal Waves —> Winter 2025
This 10-week course focuses on breathing and spinal waves. Exploring these topics will bring you into contact with some of the deepest and most ingrained patterns in your body. While bringing awareness and coordination to these patterns is a process, the rewards are vast: expanded strength, freedom of movement, and the ability to consciously regulate your nervous system (aka change your state). This is a journey down the rabbit hole. Course topics include:
• The science of breathing — what acutally happens when you breath, and how this affects your nervous system
• The mechanics of breathing — the diaphragm and pelvic floor
• The yoga of breathing — bhandas, energetics and state change
• Vertical and tranverse spinal waves

Feet to Core —> Spring 2025
This 10-week course focuses on awakening your feet, legs, hips and the pelvis, which collectively make up your literal, psychological and spiritual foundation. Proper grounding into the feet awakens the legs, which awakens the pelvis, which awakens the core to improve both the quality of your breathing and spinal movements. This results in a feeling of steadiness and a quiet mind.
Each session will introduce the session topic and then explore it through a thematically focused asana practice. This approach will give you tremendous insight into the state of your foundation, how it affects your core, and how to expand its dynamic potential. Topics include:
• The state of your foundation — feet to hips
• The shape of your pelvis and how it affects your core and spine
• How grounding in the feet activates the core and mobilises the lower spine
• How a stable and strong foundation affects the breath and the mind

Core to Shoulders —> Fall 2025
This 10-week applied functional anatomy training explores the pivotal core muscles that connect your pelvis to your ribs, spine and shoulders. When properly activated, these muscles will help you connect the stability of your foundation to the movements of the upper body, both protecting your lower back and bringing more freedom to your shoulders and neck. Symbolically, the core represents the connection between your power and your authentic purpose.
Each session will introduce a particular muscle (or group of muscles) and then explore the effect of isolating and engaging it in a variety of poses. This approach will give you tremendous insight into the state of your core, how it affects your foundation and upper body, and how to expand its dynamic potential. Topics include:
• Hip flexion and extension — iliopsoas and glutes
• Anterior chain — rectus abdominals, obliques, transverse abdominals
• Posterior chain — erector spinaes, latissimus dorsi
• Shoulder movements — trapezius, serratus anterior, rhomboids

Saturday Extended Practice
This 120 practice is full-spectrum yoga class that includes asana, breathwork and meditation. The course fee is € 25.
While this class is OPEN TO ALL, it is a complimentary part of the Semi-Privates courses, allowing participants to make up missed classes and remain more immersed in yoga even if they are forced to miss a class.
This class is often sold out, so please reserve your spot ahead of time!
Private Lessons

5er € 500.- / € 600.- (valid for 3 months)
10er € 900.- / € 1100.- (valid for 6 months)
The lessons take place in my practice space in the 15th district. For an additional charge, I can also come to you.
Mentorship
This program is available to motivated individuals who would like to work toward a deeper transformation over the course of 3 or 6 months.
This partnership begins with two 2-hr workshops. In the first we clarify your goals, assess your current life situation and identify areas of tension; in the second, together we’ll creating a strategy for transformation that’s aligned with your resources and includes exercises and homework. The process then evolves into bi-monthly sessions that provide you with continued support and accountability.
